You can return a product ordered in the HOUSE OF MAGUIE online-shop within 14 days of the purchase receipt. **Our refund policy last 14 days from date of original purchase.**

All products to be returned must be in a unworn condition, carefully repackaged in their original packing, which means to remain FITTED WITH ALL SECURITY seals and tags still attached.

**Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.**

To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, we recommend that you use the return process as follows.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM ENCLOSED WITH YOUR PARCEL AND MAIL IT BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE RECEIPT (DATE PLACED ORDER).

- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. However EXCHANGES will be SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY.

-WE OFFER ONE FREE EXCHANGE FOR EVERY ORDER FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY.

- IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU VIA STORE CREDIT.

- IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL ITEM, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR THE DIFFERENCE. YOU CAN CONTACT US @ INFO@MAGUIE.COM, OUR TEAM WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST YOU. ALTERNATIVELY YOU MAY RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR REFUND AND THEN PURCHASE THE NEW, HIGHER OR LOWER PRICED ITEM.

- EXCHANGES TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS PLUS THE DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR AREA.

REFUNDS

- When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S CREDIT CARD, If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically. If you paid by invoice/PayPal, then the credit will be refunded to your Paypal account.

- RETURNS FOR REFUND ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM, CARD REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR BANK TO COMPLETE, DEPENDING ON THEIR PROCESSING TIME. THIS CAN VARY GREATLY BETWEEN CARD ISSUERS. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO INFLUENCE THIS.

-SALE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED AND EXCHANGED. REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY BY ONLINE STORE CREDIT.

- SPECIAL ORDERS FOR 'BESPOKE' PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

-  FOR REASON OF HEALTH AND HYGIENE, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS, PIERCED JEWELLERY AND UNDERWEAR. IN,ADDITION SWIMWEAR. 

-All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing, which means to remain FITTED WITH ALL SECURITY seals and tags and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging with all original garment tags and security seals still attached.

***International orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges will be accepted only.

- Howsoever you have 14(fourteen) days to return the merchandise. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. If you are returning an item for a refund the cost of freight will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt @info@maguie.com). if you returning an item in order to obtain an exchange then EXCHANGES will be SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, we reserve the right of refuse returns sent to us over the period time. In the event of return refusal the items may be sent back to you at your cost.
