RETURNS

SALE ITEMS
Sale items may be returned for exchange or House of Maguie store credit only

MADE-TO-ORDER / PERSONALISED ITEMS
Items made or altered specifically to your measurements or requirements or 'Made To Order' are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Where appropriate, an exchange, alteration or store credit may be offered.

FAULTY ITEMS
Your statutory rights remain fully protected. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. In The case of you received a faulty item please contact us within 48h maximum after receiving the goods in order to be eligible for returns & refunds, claims after this period of time are subjected for reviewing and may result in claims refusal.

DELICATE GARMENTS
Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing fault, and therefore are not accepted for returns for refunds.
