HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
If you seen an item that you wish to buy, simply select your size and click "Add to Bag". The item will then appear in your shopping bag. Once you ready to check out, click on your bag and follow the instructions. You can then enter payment and shipping details.
  
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will receive your order details by e-mail after placing your order with a shipping confirmation afterwards. In addition, you can review your order and returns details within your "My Account" area.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely case you do not receive your confirmation email, please email our customer service team info@houseofmaguie.com and we will check the details of your order location, and  give you an update you as soon as possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can send a request for order cancelation in the maximum 3 hours after payment has been made.. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order after the 'Cancelation' deadline, due to high volume of orders being processed daily.   However, you can return the parcel to us should you wish, then a refund will be given.

We ship worldwide! Standard International shipping cost £14.95 and takes 7-15 business days. USA: Delivery within 48 H or 1day+ Express Delivery by UPS express saver and cost £24.99.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED? 
UK: If you are under our free delivery service (UK, Mainland Only), then your order will take up to 3-5 working days. 

EUROPE: Delivery within 5-7 working days.
 
USA: Delivery within 7-10 working days.
 
REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery within 7-15 working days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Return an product with us is easy! just follow the return instructions on the 'RETURNS/EXCHANGES" form enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us with your name and order details, within 14 days of receipt.
 
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To exchange an item please follow the 3 easy steps to return:
 
1-Follow the return instructions on the "RETURNS/ EXCHANGES" form enclosed with your parcel.
2-Inform us what items you would like to exchange for. ( If the the other items you want are more expensive you will be billed the difference, and if they are less expensive you will be refunded the difference).
3-Mail it back to us with your name and order details, within 14 days of receipt.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item, however, it may take up to 10 business days due to bank completion processing time. This can vary greatly between cards issuers.
 
Once we receive your return, we will process your return immediately and send you a confirmation. Refunds are the original price minus the original cost of shipping (Even if we sell as "FREE SHIPPING"), the original postage cost that we pay to send to you will not be refunded. Please check the rate of these postage price below:

DO YOU OFFER PREPAID RETURNS?
Currently we do not offer prepaid returns labels. We strongly advise that you return your items via a tracked/recorded method so that you can track it's whereabouts should there be a delay. We can only refund items which are returned to us. ( Please check our delivery & returns)

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS WRONG OR FAULTY?
In the unlikely event you receive a wrong or faulty product, please contact info@houseofmaguie.com with your name, order number and item name. We will then email you back within 24h, Mon-Fri of your email. All the expenses regarding postage costs will be fully covered by us.
